Rates:
Our rate is based on room count or square footage as well as the detail requests. However, we understand that every project is unique, and we are happy to discuss project-specific rates based on the scope and complexity of your requirements.
Project Minimum:
To ensure efficient resource allocation and maintain our high standards of service, we have a project minimum of $250. This minimum fee applies to all real estate photography assignments.
Additional Services:
For larger or more complex projects, additional charges or rate adjustments may be applicable. These will be discussed and agreed upon with you before proceeding with the assignment.
Aerial (Drone) Photography:
In addition to our standard real estate photography services, we offer aerial (drone) photography services for an additional fee starting at $90. This service can provide stunning aerial perspectives and enhance the visual appeal of your property listings.

How much notice do you need to schedule an appointment?
I find that it is not good to rush real estate images, as we want to plan a shoot and try and get the best weather and light to showcase the property. However, if the schedule is open, we can shoot same day.
How do you deliver real estate photos?
For real estate images I deliver via an online link. All the images are uploaded to a server or can be sent directly via email through FTP or services such as WeTransfer. We provide both high and web resolution images so that the customer can use in print marketing or web applications.
What is architectural photography?
Architectural photographs are used to showcase the design, layout, and aesthetic qualities of the architecture. The goal of architectural photography is to help clients visualize and appreciate the spaces and structures being photographed. This type of photography requires a keen eye for detail and an understanding of the unique challenges involved in capturing the essence of a building. Professional architectural photographers work closely with their clients to understand their objectives and vision, delivering high-quality images that can be used for various purposes, including online and print marketing, architectural portfolios, corporate image development, and branding campaigns. The service may also include photographing a wide range of architectural subjects, such as residential and commercial buildings, landscape architecture, historical sites, monuments, and various other structures. Overall, architectural photography is about presenting stylish and visually compelling representations of architectural spaces and places. Architectural photography differs from real estate in that the purpose and focus of the images are not to cover every room and aspect of the house, but perhaps a few specific design elements.
Do you upload photos to the MLS?
I personally do not have access to the MLS, but we provide images that are formatted for use on the MLS and seamless integration for other web services.
What equipment do you use for real estate photography?
For real estate photography we use a variety of cameras, flashes, as well as lenses to capture the property in the best possibly way. We also have drones for shooting those unique angles and areas of the house that showcase a property.
Who owns the photographs?
After delivery the images belong to the customer, although TJB Photography LLC retains the copyright. Therefore, the images can be used for commercial purposes, but not resold.
How can I use the photographs, and are there any restrictions?
Images taken for Real Estate and Architectural jobs can be used for the promotion and marketing of the customer's business, sale of a property, or business use cases via a licensing contract. However the images can not be transferred or resold to another client without permission. A copyright to an image is automatically granted to the photographer upon its creation and can not be transferred without a specific copyright licensing contract.
How much do your real estate photography sessions cost?
Real estate photography varies greatly from one project to another. The size and complexity of the property as well as the use of the images changes the amount of time necessary to take and process the images. Therefor, each property needs to be discussed and priced out on a case by case basis. However, ballpark prices range between $200-$300/hour of shoot time. .
Do you offer any discounts or package deals?
I do offer discount packages for multiple properties as well as deals for return and consistent customers.
